X-Change Consignment Policy Update

At X-Change, we are committed to making consigning a seamless and rewarding experience. We are introducing a new consignment process that allows consignors to choose how their items are priced.

1. Pricing Options

Consignors have the flexibility to determine how their items are priced:

• Option 1: X-Change Determines Pricing

• Our team will assess each item based on brand, condition, and market demand.

• Items will be priced competitively to maximize the likelihood of sale.

• Option 2: Consignor Determines Pricing

• If you prefer to set your own prices, please email us at xchangeconsignment1@gmail.com to schedule a time to stop by and price them with a team member.

• Pricing must be finalized before items are accepted for consignment.

2. Item Drop-Off

• Consignors may drop off items at any time during store hours after confirming their pricing preference.

• Bring in your clothing and accessories, and our team will determine if we can accept them for consignment.

3. Commission Structure

Earnings are based on the final sale price of each item:

• $1–$100 → 40% X-Change, 60% Consignor

• $101 or more → 30% X-Change, 70% Consignor

For bulk consignments, we offer Wholesale purchasing

4. Payment Process

• Payments are issued by Venmo, store credit, cash or check and are processed weekly on Fridays.

• In order to receive your payment, you must complete the Pay-out form sent via email.

5. Unsold Items

• Items that remain unsold after 28 in days can either:

• Be returned to the consignor.

• Be donated on behalf of the consignor.

• Be designated for more time in store.
