X-Change Vendor Agreement

This agreement is between X-Change LLC (“X-Change”) and the Vendor (you) who is renting retail space at X-Change. By signing, you agree to the following:

1. Rental Term & Renewal

• This is a month-to-month rental agreement.

• Each month lasts 30 days, starting from the end of the previous rental period.

• Vendors can renew for another month before their current rental ends.

2. Rental Fee & Commission

• Vendors pay a fixed monthly rental fee for their space.

• A 10% commission is deducted from each item sold.

3. Sales & Payouts

• All sales are processed through X-Change’s checkout system.

• Vendors can request a payout anytime, but requests must be made by Thursday at 5 PM EST for payment on Friday.

• Payouts include total sales minus the rental fee and 10% commission.

4. Inventory & Display

• Vendors are responsible for arranging their items within their space.

• X-Change staff may assist in maintaining displays.

• Vendors can monitor their inventory through ConsignCloud (consigncloud.com).

5. Liability

X-Change is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of vendor items.

• Vendors are encouraged to take any necessary measures to protect their inventory.

6. Restocking & Store Access

• Vendors may replenish or adjust displays during store hours.

• Any after-hours access must be approved by X-Change management.

7. Ending the Agreement

• Either party can end the agreement at any time with written notice.

No refunds for early termination by the vendor.

• If X-Change terminates the agreement, the vendor will receive a final payout for all sales made up to that date.

8. General Terms

• This agreement replaces any prior verbal or written agreements.

• Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
